Big Improvement
Nothing wrong with the pads that came with my XM4’s but they did make my ears a bit hot. So, I looked at all the reviews and decided to try these replacement ear pads.I’m very happy with them: more comfortable and my ears don’t get as hot. No reduction in sound quality, noise cancelling, or operation of sensors.I have fairly large, odd shaped, ears from years of rugby abuse but these ear pads gave improved what was already a reasonably confortable headphone set.A bit of wind noise when I have on sunglasses but no worse, and possibly better than the originals.I like them and glad I bought them.

Revived my daily beaters!
After years of daily use, the original ear pads on my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones began to show signs of wear. I decided to try the WC Wicked Cushions Replacement Ear Pads, and I'm thrilled with the results.**Comfort:**The Wicked Cushions are noticeably thicker and more supportive than the stock pads. The memory foam provides a plush feel, and the faux leather is soft against the skin. I've worn them for extended periods without any discomfort.**Sound Quality:**These replacement pads have maintained the excellent noise isolation and sound quality of the original pads. Although due to how thick the pads are, there are times that the proximity sensor loses track whenever I put the left earcup to the side, turning off the headset in the process. Small gripe.**Installation:**Installing the new pads was straightforward. The package includes a step-by-step guide, and I had them fitted in under five minutes.**Durability:**The reinforced stitching and quality materials suggest that these pads will last longer than the originals. They feel robust and well-made.Overall, the WC Wicked Cushions Replacement Ear Pads have revitalized my headphones, offering enhanced comfort and sustained audio performance. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their worn-out ear pads.

Great Sony wh1000xm4 pad upgrade 👍🏻
I haven't had my Sony wh1000xm4s very long but after long periods of wearing the headphones I was finding that the ear cups were becoming slightly uncomfortable. I began to do some research on potentially upgrading the ear cups and the same company kept popping up as a good upgrade, wicked cushions. I found these on amazon and decided to buy a pair. Here are my own personal thoughts so far. Changing the pads around was super simple. The pads come with clear instructions and a link to a video which shows you step by step how to remove the old pads. Once fitted I've listened to my headphones for at least 7hrs straight and as far haven suffered no ear fatigue. The quality of the pads are extremely comfortable. Now to how they sound. The old pads that come with the sony WH-1000XM4 are slightly shallower than the wicked pads so your ears are closer to the headphone drivers. This is obviously going to make the original pair sound slightly louder due to closeness. The wicked cushions have a deeper depth which means your ears are not as close to the drivers hence this makes them ever so slightly less louder, but this isn't a bad thing. Now the noise cancelling does seem slightly less powerful not sure why this is but it's just a point that I have found. But the overall musical sound is still top notch. Now one thing I shall be monitoring over time is the condensation build up within the actual driver casing. Those who know about the condensation build up after long periods of use understand that this can impact the headphone sound quality over time and that you have to clean the water droplets from inside the driver housing. My thoughts are that due to the wicked cushions being deeper that this may stop this issue from arising. But this will only be proven in time. But my overall impressions of these pads are excellent and well worth the upgrade 👍🏻

Lesson noise cancelling
Decent quality, easy to install. However, definitely lesson the noise cancelling once installed.

Similar but not the same
Very nice product. Comes with instructions in the bag. Good quality built. The synthetic material is a step down from the original sony supply vegan leather but it's not less comfortable on the ears and surprisingly feels less hot, which is a good thing. Their printed instructions and YouTube channel provide clear instructions which was nice. Easy peasy. The inner dimensions are slightly smaller than the original si if your ears were already tight you'll probably notice the small change, but they're thicker which is nice.CON: Subpar sound isolation compared to the original. Not sure whether due it's to the foam being more firm it's not sealing well or if sound is passing through the foam.If possible get original pads. The TLDR:Built Quality: 5/5Comfort: 5/5Sound isolation: 2/5Ease of installation: 5/5
