This cable does make a difference!
I was looking for a longer cable for my SVS sub and found this Monster cable and read the reviews and decided to try this cable. This cable replaced a Mediabridge cable. This Monster cable really crank out more bass or lower frequency response from my SVS sub comparing to before. I usually use Kelly Clarkson's song Because of You Jason Nevins radio mix to test for the bass or low frequency response. The period 15-28 seconds of that aong has a very clear low bass sound. If your sub can handle low bass you should be able to hear the "voom voom" bass sound.

High Quality - Reccomend but with caution
For the price these are great, especial the quality that went into making these. However like others have stated, the fit / installing them has to be done carefully. They are basically are intended to be installed then never touched again. They do their job well, but I was and am a little nervous if I ever have to pull them off the receiver or sub. They fit so tight that I was thinking that I was about to break off the inputs on both devices. I caution you to go slow and have a good grip as not to break anything. Recommend but with caution.

Works perfectly. Possibly over-rated, but worth it....
The sub-woofer cable works perfectly and is a very sturdy cable. It also comes with a monster Y cable (1F-to-2M) so that the same signal is fed to 2 RCA inputs...It may seem a bit over-rated (in other words over-priced), where most likely you could find a different make/model to do the same... but it is reliable and if you are not looking to the money being spent, it is worth it.

A well made cable
I know monster cables really dont make a pic/sound up grade. I buy monster products because I belive them to be made better and will last longer. I had 2 bad exprences with 2 diffrent brand hdmi cables. One did not work right out of the box the other stoped working 1 day in. So I went with a monster hdmi cable and never had a problem. When it came time to buy a sub cable I went with A monster cable due to my good exprence with them. I was very pleased with this cables sound. It seems to be very solidly made and fits just right on my sub and recvier.P.S. yes I konw it and all monster products are over priced, but you get what you pay for.

cant go wrong with monster
The Monster sub cable is very well built, the smoke metalic finish and gold tip looks sexy as hell. The wire is made of rubber and feels very sturdy though not as strong as i thought it would be (my rocket fish optical and M1000 HDMI have some sort of teflon construction). i ordered a different sub cable and had a distinct hum and turnd out to be an imitation (dont buy "monster thx standard"), i purchased this cable and the hum went away. it will not disapoint, you will never have to buy another cable again...

Great little Subwoofer Cable
Needed a subwoofer cable for my KEF Sub, they don't get better than this. Perfectly insulated (no more hummmmmm) and also comes with a splitter. Well made and comes in nice packaging.
