I heard about this unit from friend. He's a mechanic and I go to him when I can't figure something out. This scanner is nice in that it continuously updates and you don't have to renew the software every year. What's nice is you can select two advanced features out of 16 they list for this scanner that the cheaper ones do not have. This scanner also has live data but they call it "Read data stream" It took me a while to figure out what they were calling the live data stream. It has a built in user manual and can record data. For some reason it's not allowing me to upload pictures but I will post this and try again later. Remember, this is a diagnostic tool and not a magic wand to find the problem. Once you find the code/codes, go to a youtube and type those codes in and the model of car. There are a lot of troubleshooting videos on OBDII codes and can be lots of help diagnosing issues.Edit: for some reason I still can't upload some screen shots. Will try again later.

Unit I bought was not New and was already activated by someone else. Returning it as its unusable to me.

This tool from Launch exceeded my expectations. In fact I purchased a tool costing $450 USD and this smaller tool does everything like that tool and even more ....Making my work easier, fast connecting and boot up times. My only wish is that I could have added more special functions to the tool, as you are allowed only to select two options when you do the start up...I choose the ABS Bleed and the throttle relearn, which bot work marvelous...

This scanner works well for pulling both basic and advanced diagnostic codes and information. The size of the scanner is perfect for use, and allows you to easily carry it around with you instead of lugging around a larger scanner. Does all of the same things my more expensive red scanners do. Would highly reccomend!

This scan tool is worth it for diy person.I test it on a 2012 Toyota RAV4 it was able to check abs and srs codes I was able to daig and fix the car.

Great product. Very easy to use and very handy. Device seem very durable as well and the touch screen is a plus.

This product could not have came at a better time. I recently had my catalytic converters stolen and I had them replaced by a mechanic. After driving couple hundred miles my check engine light would come on and off thanks to the Launch obd2 scanner I was able to find out I had a faulty 02 sensor. Luckily I was able to check it myself thanks to the scanner this way I wouldn’t be charged a diagnostic fee. Awesome product and very simple to use.👍🏾
