Don't waste your money on this piece of rubbish!
This is quite honestly the worst laptop/piece of tech we have ever purchased. It has evidently NEVER been tested on users. It should never have been released. You cannot save anything to a drive that makes any sense. Any documents you try to save go missing. Chrome vanishes from your screen when you are in the middle of work. We bought this for our company and my wife has only just switched over to it. He has reduced her productivity by at least 200%. it is a pile of 'many expletives'. It is stone age tech. Fred Flinstone would have been more productive. Shame on Microsoft. Paying £1,300 for a piece of tech deserves better. We are about to start the process of seeking a refund from Amazon. Stay away from this - buy something that works and has been tested on users.

Glitches with touchpad and charger after 24 months guaranteed
Everyone is having glitch problems with all the surface pro touchpads and chargers. It starts about 15 months in or after 24 months in. The positive reviews are from new users. If you check forums and Microsoft communities, you will see those who have had this device for longer complaining. Not worth the money and even more annoying that Microsoft has refused to solve this problem for years now (I bought mine in 2017).
