The warehouse store near me carried these and of the many in-bowl noodle soups these are my favorite. They also have some other flavors. They're light rice noodles and have a nice flavor packet. Generally I add something like chicken or some mixed veggies to them which I cook separately

This pho is a pretty decent facsimile of real pho, especially if you add meat and veggies to it. The only problem I have with it is the smell. I honestly thought my cat had marked in the house after I made it the first time. And it’s a lingering smell. My house reeks of cat urine smell for several hours after making it. If you can get past the smell, it’s a great lunch, but I would not recommend making this in an office or an apartment building with poor ventilation. You’ll be disliked more than the coworker that microwaves fish.

This is a great tasting instant soup. Just a little spicy, easy to make. Sometimes I add a few shrimp or a little chicken. But it is great just the way it comes too. A quick lunch!

This is a lot milder than I expected. But it is good. I don't need spicy right now anyway as I'm having digestive issues. Please note that if you prep it in the cardboard bowl, it picks up that cardboard taste. But prepping in real bowl is very good. There are plenty of noodles that soften nicely. I will order again. I added a jammy egg and some Sriracha to it today and it was tasty.
