As a PC gamer that has just returned to playing PC games, thanks to CyberPowerPC, this is a great all-around computer that is up to the task of handling current PC games. I have ordered a prebuilt computer before, from a different company, and my experience with CyberPowerPC has been great so far. The package it came in was neat and well-packaged with sufficient padding. It was extremely easy to set up and I had it up and running in about half an hour. The PC itself, with all of its RGB lighting, looks great! This model in particular boots up very quickly (< 30s) and allows for moderate multi-tasking. I downloaded Overwatch 2 and was able to play it on Ultra settings. I'm not sure how it runs other games, but it ran OW 2 flawlessly. I would suggest this computer and company to anyone who wants to jump into PC gaming quickly. Also, I typed up this review with the semi-mechanical keyboard that they provide and I'd say that it's better than your average keyboard. It was well worth the money!

This is my 2nd gaming PC purchase from Amazon, the first was a different company, and that PC was great too.This PC has been wonderful. It is a little lacking in RAM, but unless youre running multiple games at once, or some program that really eats up memory, this PC should be substantial enough.I can run Fortnite on performance mode with low settings at a solid 144 fps, I havent played a lot of other games with it. Youtube and other streaming services run lighting fast, no lags, no issues, everything connects and stays connected.Ive had this PC for about a year now and have had exactly ZERO issues with it. I dont even recall crashing a single time. The GPU is a good one, not the top of the line, but very good and very reliable.For the current price point on this PC, you cant beat it. I havent needed CYBERPOWERPCs customer service for anything yet, but for the quality and price of this PC, i dont suspect they would be difficult to deal with.I would totally recommend this PC to a friend or family member. Youre getting a great deal here and a very fast, powerful, and reliable PC.Highly reccomend. :) Could not be happier with my purchase.

So around Christmas time I was trying to buy a PlayStation 5 but as luck would have it I couldn’t get a hold of a retail sold one, out of desperation I checked websites and came across this PC on sale. I thought to myself “Oh well, I might as well make the leap and just get a PC”And it’s been the best investment of my life! I’m not exactly tech savvy but after learning some things I became used to the different culture of PC, and it has garnered me the best gaming experience of my life. I’m an avid VR player and all my VR games run fantastically on this PC. Running Blade And Sorcery with crazy mods was an experience like no other.But even outside of VR games I’ve been playing Dying Light 2, which runs beautifully and a litany of other beefy games that this computer can handle. Granted the fans do start to go off a bit, and it made me worried but I figured they were just doing what they were supposed to, and when I checked performance it wasn’t too high or anything.The ONE thing I’ve had to buy is an upgrade to 16G of RAM, and I installed my old PS4s terabyte of storage into it.This has been the best gaming purchase I’ve made and I’m glad I made the leap to joining PC. Games look and run so much better.

I purchased from Amazon a: CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme VR Gaming PC, Intel Core i5-11400F 2.6GHz, 8GB DDR4, GeForce RTX 2060 6GB, 500GB NVMe SSD, WiFi Ready & Win 11 Home (GXiVR8060A11)Overall I am happy with my purchase.There were minor issues.PC came functioning perfectly, however came with no hard drive caddies for additional storage space. There are no mounting brackets. No set screws or mounts. No conceivable manner in which to add an additional sata ssd. I can see when the back panel is removed where there is space for two additional SSD's to be mounted, but I get no mounting caddies. I spoke with custy support about this and they opened up a repair order and said they would try to send them out to me...About a week later I got a package from CyberPower in the mail....In the package was a mousepad.... A mousepad...Don't get me wrong...It was a REAL NICE mouse pad... But not what is needed. I still have not determined a way in which this can be remedied.The GPU was also installed pretty janky. There is a back plate outside the case the install tech clearly did not want to take off during assembly and the 2 screws holding the GPU were set in at a very cross threaded angle as clearly screwed from inside the case and not outside for a straight set. That was bad.The next issue is pretty minor, but one I really don't get. The PC comes with one stick of DDR4 RAM. I bought the PC understanding this, with the plan to add an additional stick down the road...Except they send you an 8GB stick of single channel memory. If you want to run dual channel, the 8gb stick they sent me at least, became useless on replacement. How much cost savings was a single channel stick over a dual...?The CPU cooler is useless and needed to be immediately replaced but that was expected. Cable management is okay. RGB is basic and controller operated only, however additional lights are easily added to sync up.Overall a nice PC that was purchased knowing that upgrading in the short and long term was in the cards. This has been easy so far. Fit and finish were great on initial inspection, however on deeper review, a couple of eye squints and raised eyebrows were effectuated. Lack of sata ssd mounts has me pretty salty. Customer service is nice and professional but a bit suspect. A mouse pad?(edit) I have now had this PC for 5 months and it continues to operate. Multiple improvements have been completed and this review needed some updates. I added a photo of the area in the side of the case where the missing SSD caddies should be located. I've given up on trying to address this with cyberpower. This is still very frustrating. The case itself is a cooler master case and I am going to try to contact them to see if purchasing caddies for this case from them is possible, as my current fix is not thrilling from a cable management perspective.I have also added a 240mm Cooler Master AIO. Be aware. For a larger case, the ASRock B560m-c motherboard in this PC is pretty small and the AIO was a REAL tight fit.It should be stated again, the stock cooler, even for the very light 65 watt power draw of this i5, is not sufficient. From an ambient heat perspective, I felt the Vetroo tower cooler I replaced the stock cooler with initially also lacking. Although the cooler master AIO was a real tight fit, it is an order of magnitude better heat management. The second photo I added is what this PC can be.The 2060 is also a pretty underwhelming GPU and has been replaced with a reference model rx6800 I was able to pick up for $380 shipped/after tax which is a much better fit for the i5-11400f.I am fairly certain Cyberpower has taught me I will be building my own PC next time around. This has been an great learning experience.I will update this review again once I have effectuated a correct remedy to my SSD caddy issue.
