I bought this not realizing it was a book of poems. They were fantastic and really resonated with me. Quick read in under 2 hours at the beach. The author has a corresponding podcast that I’m eager to try.

I loved the poetry within, it gave me reminders of what I should care about and what I shouldn't. Stop living in the past, and listen to your body.

The words rang true and in a way I really needed. I would highly recommend checking this quick read out. Only when you’re ready.

While on the whole this collection has some good moments that make your heart ache, as a whole I can’t argue that it’s one I really loved.

Sez’s words touch your heart & soul deeply. She weaves her powerful poetry into your story & gently lifts you up. A must read for highly sensitive souls & feel all hearts. Loved it!
