Diablo: The Sanctuary Tarot Deck and Guidebook

this deck is not what i thought i would be into. it is from a role player game that i have never played. yet the story about the world the game is set in is compelling. after viewing a walk through & review of the deck on youtube, i purchased two deck. this one & one other. this one turnt out to be the keeper. the cards are ahmazing! filled with greys, silvers, blacks & pops of crimson red. even without being familiar with the rpg this deck is from, i can still understand the visuals on each card enough to do a good reading. the accompanying box is well illustrated, sturdy & just great to look at. the box has a magnetic closure with a red ribbon inside for ease of card removal. however, the card stock is a bit flimsy so it might not be ideal for constant use because that might make cards chip. the cards themselves are stunningly illustrated all through the minors so this is an rws deck. the cards are a riot of inky blacks, deathly whites & somber greys with punches of crimson reds that look as if the reds have been embossed onto the cards. it's really stunning! other cons include: the cards are quite large. just slightly larger than an oracle card deck so those with smaller hands might find shuffling this one challenging. & this is not a beginner's deck. yes, the images are readable but preferably after a tonne of study time with the cards & they are not edged. i get it. edging can be expensive & price the deck out of most people's reach. & crimson metallic or matte edging would;ve been a treat. in any case, it's cool deck & a wonderful edition to my collection. this deck is ideal for spooky season (which is forthcoming)

I love this deck so much. It's so well done and beautiful. And the guidebook is good also. It seems that they really cared in putting together this set. It's done so well! I should have paid attention to the dimensions tho. The cards are so large that I cannot figure out a way to shuffle them. I even had my 6'5 husband try. He couldn't either. They are just too big. I really want to read with them and try out the spread the guidebook has. But I can't. I hope to figure out a way to use this deck because otherwise I really like it. But for the awkward cards I cannot give it the 5 star rating it should deserve. Update - I realized that riffle shuffling isn't the only way to mix cards. I'll just overhand shuffle them. Maybe I should do that to more of my decks anyway. I can handle that. Changing my review from 4 stars to 5.

Absolutely intricate detail! Cards are bigger than I thought but its made exceptionally well. Highly detailed cards, with an equally detailed guide book. The box itself has magnetic clasps to keep it shut. I highly recommend this for any gaming, occult, tarot, or art enthusiast!!

Looks beautiful. I own it just as a collectors item. I have other decks I use for reading and I haven't used this one for actual tarot spreads. Great artwork. The large format cards are really cool.

"Not like the other decks" Unlike some decks we have seen that are branded off well-known and loved TV series and games, this deck is a God or Demon (both in a good way) among them. Yes, I am saying this deck is superior within its genre of tarot decks. All beautifully illustrated to the style of the game of Diablo 3 (mostly) and maybe some sneak peeks of the up-and-coming Diablo 4 too! So if the game Diablo by Blizzard is a household name within your family growing up, this deck will not disappoint you. The Minor arcana isn't lazily drawn too and I bet you will see familiar characters within the deck! The card stock is sturdy and the cards are abnormally large for a Tarot deck but I would recommend 100%

This deck is so great! Each card has its own unique art unlike some other decks. The cards are HUGE [the size of my hand]. Pro-tip bridge the cards long edge to long edge to shuffle. The ONLY thing I would ask is that the company who makes them with red Gilt. They would be even more stunning! The quality of the images on each card is excellent as well.

Me gustó mucho, no me arrepiento de comprarlo, estaban buscando un mazo con una temática oscura y estaba entre este por el diseño y entre otro. Lo recomiendo, no me guíe tanto por el juego en el que está basado, pero sí en el diseño de las cartas y en conectar con ellas y me fascinó. A pesar de que las cartas son enormes de tamaño de mi mano, no ha sido impedimento para utilizarlas, no vienen tan gruesas lo que facilita el mano de las mismas y vienen de buen material al igual que el libro.

It's BIG and hard to shuffle if you have a small hand. But the material and the paintings are glorious 😍 My only one complaint that the corners of the box itself was a little bit bent and scratched. Anything is just perfect and the book is very simple, yet very informative. I'll rate it 8.5/10 😌
