It arrived on time and seems to be in good working order. It looks good if you are the one holding it. If you`re next to person holding it you can`t really make it out. Don`t know if this is the way it is suppose to be or not. But it looks great if you have it and hold it the right way for your eyes. If anyone knows if this is the way its suppose to be. Would appreciate info. ”

The first time I purchased this it came with windows 10 and was working fine. The keyboard stopped working after a short while. I was able to return and replace the item. The new tablet came with windows 8, and the keyboard went out again. Not satisfied and can't return.

the screen is crap but it works good

I didn't buy this on Amazon.com, I actually bought it at Micro Center, but it is no longer on their website so I can't review it there. I got it a few months ago but only now have gotten the chance to use it much. I paid about $60 for it on sale. It's very portable, so great for using it for general communications, videos, and web-browsing on the go. It came with a nice little keyboard-folio that it docks with but which has no touch-pad and it came with no mouse. I use a Bluetooth mouse with it. Because it's a Windows tablet you can use it as a little notebook, but it is under-powered, so even something simple like having multiple browser tabs open can cause it to hang and lag, so don't get too ambitious in what you plan to use it for! Overall, it's a great alternative to lugging around your heavy, expensive, 15" notebook when you don't need a lot of computing power and just need basic functions like YouTube, web, email, and social apps. Even if you can't get it at the extremely low price that I did, it's still way cheaper than buying an expensive Microsoft or Samsung tablet (plus separate keyboard and folio in the case of the latter), which makes much more sense if you are only looking for basic functions as I was. If you are looking for a high-powered fancy machine though, this is not it.

Overall a good product, but with at least one major flaw - the onboard resources are not enough to perform updates to the Windows OS. I never got past the first set of "security updates" - after downloading and installing, upon restart it always blue-screens with a message of not enough memory, etc. My version is 1 GB RAM + 32 GB installed HD. Sadly, I think the OS requires at least 2x of both. Had to return.
