The international shipping was extremely fast, I got it a lot sooner than expected. The set-up was really easy and it's rather sturdy despite its light weight. The aesthetics are pleasant and the tower looks high-quality. The design is thought out well; before ordering I feared that it would be a cheap gadget, but now after testing it, I'm fully satisfied. I'm now regularly performing the Supine Groin Progressive for 30 minutes per leg and it relaxes my lower back quite a bit. I'm moving with more comfort throughout the day. Unfortunately, my right leg wants to rotate to the right, so it's not as comfortable keeping it straight, but now I'm working a bit more on my internal rotation, so I can hopefully soon utilize this tool to the full extent on both legs. So in summary, the tower achieves the task it was built for, and I'm happy I ordered it.

I purchased a tower and blow up block from this company. Both failed/fell apart after a month and hardly any indoor use. They have a 7 day return policy and if you ask about options, because it’s a lot of money, Lisa nudell will scream at you over the phone. Don’t buy anything from Painfreeatsea.

Fortunately I had an electric drill on hand as it was needed for assembly due to the fact that some of the wooden pieces had not been pre drilled so as to accept the included wood screws. As per the owners request I notified them via email. She promptly responded and insisted that I should not have needed an electric drill for the assembly. I explained to her that some pieces of wood had not been pre drilled and that I was considering writing a review saying so. She responded again and suggested that I was trying to hurt her in some way! After drilling 5 holes I easily assembled the Tower and it is fine. Pretty good quality although I do feel that it's overpriced. If I had it to do over I would certainly look at other options.

Seems well made and sturdy. I screwed in the base for home use (5 wood screws) but intend to take it with me on cruises and will remove screws. Base seems sturdy enough without the screws so exercises should not be affected. My wife and I have started to use it and we feel it is helping with our posture, balance and gait.

FINALLY! A simple, well designed product whose pieces fit perfectly. This stretching tower should help many of us. Bravo, Lisa, you and your company deserve to thrive.
