Thers a mistake in items description Large sizing is wrong in centimeters. The item itself is good quality, as a larger person I would only like it to be a bit taller, other then that XL fits me perfect. Neck circumference 46cm/18inch Instant relief once you put it on and good for sleep if you usually end up in an awkward position, this will save you.
