Great quality and perfect size!
I am a beginner and had spent hours reading reviews looking for the perfect guitar. I'm only 5'3" with smaller hands and skinny fingers and was using my dad's old guitar to start learning, which is a bulky dreadnought and too just a bit too big for me. I decided on the Fender Mini Sonoran and immediately upon opening it, I could see it was the perfect size for me. I fell in love with it as soon as I started playing. The quality it very nice and definitely well built. The sound is really good, but the strings vibrate, which is probably my own fault b/c I'm still new. I probably need press harder on the strings, or adjust the truss rod, but I'm not experienced enough to do that just yet. For now, I'm super happy with this guitar and would definitely recommend to beginners who prefer a small body option over the standard size.

Sounds more expensive
Very nice quality and a great sounding and easy to play beginner guitar. Bought this for grandkids to bang on but actually it’s worth protecting. Teach em to be gentle and this will last a long time. I own some very expensive acoustic guitars and I love playing this one!

My new best friend!
I'm not gonna lie, I am a procrastinator. I bought this guitar because I was avoiding some year-end deadlines. What a great decision that was! This inexpensive but great sounding guitar led to hours of joy over the holidays. I bought this size after reading reviews about guitars for people with smaller hands. My hands are not small but I suffer from arthritis. Reaching notes with my pinkie is a struggle even with this smaller sized guitar, but after a month of practicing even that is getting better. The sound quality is that of a much more expensive guitar-Fender definitely knows how to build a guitar. The dog (and dog butt) in the image are for scale. :) And if you are looking for online lessons, JustinGuitar.com will rock your world!

Perfect Practice Guitar
This Sonoran Mini is the exact size and shape as a typical parlor guitar. I sold my last acoustic because I wanted something smaller, more comfortable, and quieter. This is a great choice for bedroom players. I wouldn’t use this to play in front of an audience. It has a laminated top which means there is very little volume and sustain. It comes with a “gig bag” which is really just a dust cover. It has absolutely no padding. Still, it’s better than nothing. Overall, it’s great value for the price and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

Can't beat this for the money
Way better than I expected. I just wanted something on the smaller side to keep in my home office. This guitar turned out to be quite good; especially for the money. Plays a lot like an electric guitar.

Sounds great. Perfect for kids and travel.
Sound comes out very pleasant. I bought it for 8 year old kid and she love it. The teacher also recommended it for other students. The compact size is perfect for traveling as well.

Great travel guitar!
I had a baby taylor few years ago. Excellent little guitar. Obviously this fender sonoran mini does not have the same quality of construction/finishing, but it costs less than half of a baby taylor and it sounds great - like a bigger guitar.
