I decided to add PQQ to my daily CoQ10 regimen because I heard about the synergistic effects. I love Life Extension products and have never been disappointed. However, I truly cannot say the addition of PQQ made a different so I decided to leave it out of my stack.

OQQ is necessary for making new mitochondria in cells. Mitochondria are the power plants of cells and make 95% of the body’s energy. This PQQ is great quality and is helping my severe chronic fatigue so much. I can function and get through the day much easier. I trust Life Extension.

I had read this might help with slight tremors I get at times in my left arm. But it didn't, otherwise it has other good uses.

When I started taking PQQ I was very lethargic, no energy, no interest in doing anything. My systolic blood pressure was low and my diastolic was high. My pulse kept increasing and my exercise tolerance was very low. I have leaky valves, intermittent atrial fibrillation and am on blood thinner. When I started taking PQQ my energy level immediately went way up. I also started having more problems with my chronic inability to fall asleep at night, too. However, when taking PQQ lack of sleep doesn't deprive me of energy. I wake up feeling more rested than I ever had before. After taking it for several weeks my blood pressure readings started to normalize. They are now the best they've ever been. I just hope that this product is pure and reliable because it seems to be a life saver for me.
