Hiland 20 24 Inch Mountain Bike for Kids Age 5 + Year Old, Front Suspension Fork Kids' Bicycles for Boys Girls Multiple Colors

My daughter wanted this bike. When it was delivered via Amazon the side of the box was smashed and the front wheel was bent. There was no way it could be used. Whenever we turned the wheel the brake stopped it without ever pressing on it from the handle. I contacted Hiland (it was the mint green bike and therefore not from Amazon) and they confirmed that it indeed need replaced. I requested it via Amazon but somehow my replacement was cancelled. Not sure what happened but Hiland sent me a new bike via another carrier. This bike was perfect. I was happy to know that they valued good customer service and definitely took care of me. My daughter is so happy. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Love the color. Was easy to assemble and my granddaughter has been on it everyday since her birthday.

The media could not be loaded. My daughter was excited to receive this bicycle for her birthday. Unfortunately after assembling the bicycle I noticed that the front wheel was warped. This defect rendered the bicycle unsafe and unusable. Although disappointed, I figured that this must be a fluke. I contacted Hiland's customer service to see if they could send a replacement wheel. They told me no and suggested that I return it. This meant disassembling the bicycle, repacking it, and dropping it off at UPS. I returned it and requested a replacement bicycle.When the second bicycle arrived, I assembled it and guess what? Same issue!One month after my daughter's birthday, 2 times assembling and disassembling the bicycle, 2 times repacking and driving to UPS store to return bicycles, my daughter still does not have a birthday present. What should have been her favorite birthday gift has been nothing but a nightmare.Save yourself a headache and chose a bicycle company that inspects their bicycles before shipping them out. To say I am disappointed with this product would be an understatement. Shame on you amazon for allowing this product to be sold.The only positive about this bicycle is that it was easy to assemble.

Easy to assemble (my 15 year old did it with no trouble), sturdy, and easy to ride. Perfect for my 12 year old girl. She loves the color, it fits her perfectly, and easily breaks and shifts gears. Couldn't ask for more. Good bike.

This bike is awesome! My daughter loves it :)The design is very sturdy and well worth the price. Assembly wasn’t difficult but adjusting the front brake I found to be challenging.
