Good idea, poor design on parts
So the tree is very sturdy and the directions are pretty clear. Like others, I ran into the problem of holes not punched through the fabric, but a quick punch with scissors fixed that. My complaint is mostly about the tunnel. The screws just ripped out the anchors. Large, industrial staples do work, but it wasn't what I was planning on. I would recommend the maker revisit that part of the tree. It's a great piece of furniture, but the price tag is far too heavy for something that has such a flaw

kittys love it plenty of room for large cats
could have used more padding and thicker material.

Assembly is difficult, quality is lacking
As many have reported, you have to have scissors or something to cut the screw holes in the material. Assembling the product, I recommend having a chop stick or something you can use to line up the screw holes in the box with the support poles. The fabric sheds like crazy. Attaching the circular tunnel was super frustrating and barely fit. Not a great product especially for the price. It does hold the weight of my chonky 20 lb cat. If you have a massive cat I wouldn’t recommend unless you attach it to a wall stud.

Easy to assemble, all holes aligned
This is big enough for 20lb cats. I'm using it for a 4.5lb rabbit who likes to sprawl. This went together well. All holes aligned. Had to nick the fabric on a couple of holes but easy to do.There are a few fabric flaws. One I'll glue down and the others don't show when it's together. This is not a high-end piece but a good value. Rabbit was most interested in the box at first. He's checking out the structure now!Tips...use a tube to help prop up the boxes in the middle while you add the tubes & screws. Do all bottom or top screws on boxes and then flip. Use the Allen wrench through a hole to line up the screw holes. Helps a lot! Instructions are accurate.Keeping it!

Lint EVERYWHERE
This will be the 2nd cat tree bought in a 2 month period. The other one, different brand/seller, was easy and quick to put together. This one was aggravating. 1/2 the holes were hidden and I needed a scissor to break through the fabric to get to the holes. While constructing it, the lint from the fabric was falling off all over my room- I had to vacuum the cat tree inside and out as well as my room afterwards. Its not as plush as I would hope, its basically a thin fabric over wood. Nothing plush like the picture looks. But its built and functional and I can spend more money to make it plush to lay in. Yay spending more money- NOT what I look for in an item to make it work.

Has some issues
It's easy to assemble and was delivered in a reasonable time. The issues were:-material quality didn't feel that great. It's soft enough but if the pieces didn't wrap around entirely, like the walls, they're unlined. My bunny started scratching at it. It's also kind of like a new rug or carpet. It sheds some, not anything crazy, but it's plastic-based. It doesn't feel safe to have animals that are smaller than humans to be playing and chewing/scratching at this (esp bunnies who have highly sensitive stomachs). Please consider vacuuming this before you let your animals play with this-they used glue to secure the fabric to the boards. Some pieces weren't entirely glued down. You could also see glue threads, like from a hot glue gun. The random spots of glue on the fabric are very rough and crusty, like how crazy glue dries-they missed a corner seam. The board is pretty thick and sturdy and it could be dangerous to an animal considering the material is not very padded-the scratch pad on top of the base house, uses plastic interchangeably with the rope. The plastic thread is woven close to the bottom while the rope sits higher but would not consider this bunny-safe b/c of how quickly they chew things down-one hole in the fabric to put the screw was not there (very minor issue)I wanted to try this in case it would work out for my bunny knowing this is meant for cats. It's okay for a cat/cats but would not recommend for bunnies. The rating given is based off the issues and quality overall for the product.

Great for larger cats
I was looking for a perch for my tall/long cat and honestly the top bed and the larger of the two condos could easily fit TWO average sized adult cats. He loves sticking his little face out of the porthole in the condo too. Great window perch for a large breed cat, a chonker, or multi cat households where there are skirmishes over the top perch (there's room for both!)
