Camera quality seems to be well built and durable. Image is Crystal clear. Does the job on a Mac mini.

I purchased the Logitech C920e HD Webcam and Litra Glow LED Streaming Light to improve the quality of my video calls and streaming sessions. I needed a reliable setup for professional use. I bought this to replace an older Logitech C930e that I've been using for the past six years. This C920e is better in most ways, but worse in one. I initially bought the C930e because of the wide angle lens, but quickly realized that 1) it just showed a bunch of distracting stuff in the background of my office, and 2) it slightly distorted everything, as wide angle lenses tend to do. I am loathe to replace something that isn't broken, but considering the number of hours I spend in video meetings each day - and that these meetings have largely replaced in-person time with my customers - I finally decided to "upgrade" to a camera with a standard field-of-view so I would look more normal on-screen. I use the quotes because technically the C920e is a downgrade from the C930e, but things have improved so much since I bought the old C930e that the current C920e indeed turned out to be an upgrade. The picture quality is MUCH better - tremendously sharper, and with better color balance. It's more than what I need, but is well worth the price. (And, as expected, the field-of-view is better suited to a single person seated at a desk.) Like it's predecessor, this camera includes a physical cover to block the lens when not in use. This was a must-have for me, and it works great. It was a bit stiff at first, such that I'd knock the camera out of alignment when flipping the cover open, but a drop of WD-40 fixed that. I haven't tried the microphones, and probably won't. Audio quality is more important to me than video quality, so I use a headset with a good mic. My only complaint is that the cord on the C920e is about a foot shorter than the old C930e. My computer and monitor are right next to each other, and the cord still barely reaches. This camera wasn't expensive, but neither was it cheap. I wish Logitech spent the extra dime to keep the original length cord. Minus one star for the cord, but otherwise an excellent personal videoconferencing camera at a fair price. I recommend.

I have had this on top of my monitor and on the desk. worked flawlessly for what I needed at the time in a pinch. Image looked good and had no problems with the software.

Overall, a great product, especially for this price. Why did you pick this product vs others?: It was affordable, had good reviews, and seemed to fit my needs. Lightweight: Yup, definitely pretty lightweight. Wide angle: Can be set to be wider if necessary. Color accuracy: Seems accurate enough. A more expensive one may be better in color accuracy, but this one is much cheaper in comparison, so for this price definitely accurate enough. Quality: Good quality overall, but has some issues with focus. Sometimes it goes out of focus, but turning it off and on fixes it right away. Mountability: Easily mountable but can take a bit of adjustment to get it right, especially for a person mounting a camera for the first time. Video quality: Would say overall good quality, but sometimes the focus is lost.

I recently purchased a Logitech C920e HD Mic-Enabled Webcam to go with a new ASUS desktop computer running Windows 11... I was having compatibility problems with my old Logitech webcam, so I decided to treat myself to a new Logitech webcam... After some research, I landed on the Logitech C920e HD Webcam, as it fulfilled all my requirements and more... After browsing for one at several electronics stores, I ended up ordering one from Amazon due to the stores asking price of $120 versus Amazon's $62 dollars - a 50% savings...!!! It works great and is easy to install - very user-friendly - even for someone like me, who's unfamiliar/unskilled with most things technical...!!! (5) Great camera functions with a manual focus slide gives you excellent photo results... (6) A Video Recorder - 1080x30fps for high-resolution videos with Automatic Light Correction & Auto-Focus included... (7) A 78-degree Field of View (FOV) for exceptional wide-view videos... I know is too early to type a review but this webcam at a cheaper price is worth the price. You don’t need an expensive webcam for anything at all. This webcam can was ordered today and it came back just in time before my job interview. It worked right away, no configuration needed.
