Warning on sizing!!! But otherwise a great product
I wear a small resmed F20 cushion and after reading reviews I ordered a LARGE and it fit perfectly. Any other size would have not fit at all. The large covers all the silicone of the mask, no need to trim or clip the liner. I'm getting zero leak results. Nice feel. Wore the same mask for a week (but, of course, am washing my face before going to bed) and it washed up well with my regular laundry.

Glad I didn't review right when we got them.
My husband was complaining of how his C-PAP mask felt either sticky or irritating to his nose, cheeks and chin. He tried one of these the day we got them but his machine claimed there was too much "leakage", so he only used it that one time.Fast forward a month -- poor hubster got a zit on the bridge of his nose and even stopped using his C-PAP for a couple of nights. I asked "what about those covers?" He was willing to try *anything*! This time, the machine didn't report ANY leakage...we can only think that it was an older mask (a little overdue for replacement because of supply chain issues) last month vs the almost brand new mask that made all the difference!EDIT -- I spoke too soon, machine reported leaks again. It could just be how he's wearing it...or his beard interfering!! lol

Rough unfinished edges on the opening, poor fit
I ordered this product because the gel padding on my VPAP mask has been causing extremely dry skin where it contacts my face. I could barely get this cover over the mask liner. When I wore it the inner edges of the opening against my face were unfinished, rough, and were substantially smaller than the mask opening. This resulted in the top of this cover cutting into the bridge of my nose. It was so uncomfortable I could not wear it. I tried enlarging the opening by trimming it so it didn't place as much pressure on my nose. When I got to that point it was no longer a tight seal and air leaked out around it. Wasted my time and money on this one.

Protects my face, but the mask fit is worse
The large F20 is my size, but the impermeable plastic reddens my cheeks. I was putting facial tissue between mask and face, which worked, but it didn’t always stay in place all night. This cover is a very tight fit for the mask, which is not very flexible when covered. So the cover is comfortable, but the mask doesn’t fit my face as well, leading to nasal constriction, or air gaps. I now sometimes notice that the magnetic fasteners have popped off—and maybe the whole mask—in the night. Partly this may be due to a new APAP machine, with different pressure levels, that seems to expect a mask with much less ventilation than mine.

The best? No, but definitely helpful.
*The sizing on these is wrong. I wear a medium (F20) mask and the large covers just barely fit.*If you wear a large mask I would definitely look elsewhere. Please size up on these covers. That being said: my F20 foam mask without a cover is very comfortable and has a perfect seal. Using these covers is a bit of a challenge because they just barely fit, and the seal is definitely not as good as without them, but if it means I don't have to replace my $50 mask as often, I still think it's worth it.They seem to fit and work better than thicker covers I've seen. I wash these frequently and replace my mask cover every night. I am prone to acne, mask-ne, drooling due to allergies, reflux, and irritation from the mask and headgear though, so your mileage may vary. I wash these with my regular laundry and they are fine. They will hold up better if you wash by hand as recommended, but I'm not going to do that! They are insanely overpriced for what they are: thin pieces of cloth. If you are remotely handy with a sewing machine you could probably make better ones.

If you make it tight enough to prevent leaking, you'll get a headache
So these definitely do make the mask more comfortable... until you tighten things up enough to prevent unacceptable leakage. Basically, the concept doesn't work, though I wish it did. The fabric is much softer on your skin, but you do have to clamp it down much tighter than is comfortable. After trying a couple nights, I gave up and threw the rest of them out. I kept waking up with headaches from how tight I had to get the straps. Also, my wife reported a lot more noise coming out of it while I was asleep. There's probably a reason AirSense doesn't sell something like them directly. Also, if you do choose to go with these, definitely order a size up. The Large fits about perfectly on my Medium AirSense F20 mask.

Awesome
I have tried other brands and they were ok but when I saw these that were made specifically for the F20Cpap mask I decided to give them a try. They arrived yesterday and I put one on my mask, the first thing I noticed was how well they fit ( I did order one size up as recommended by other reviews) and also how much thinner they were and softer they were than the ones I was using. I slept like a baby no leaking or farting against my face. I love them! One word KEEPER!

Great product!
I had ordered a different mask liner from a different seller which turned out to be awful and not at all like it was pictured. Sent that back and purchased this one and it is such a game changer for me! I have a full face mask cpap and I hated the feel of the silicone against my face, it was constantly leaking air when I would change sleeping positions and that would always wake me up. These liners are exactly as pictured, so very soft, fit the mask perfectly and almost entirely eliminated air leaks. I love this product and will definitely purchase again if they ever wear out.
