Reasonable price, small size, easy installation
Functions great. Electronics are submerged in resin to protect from vibration for great durability. After installation voltage is showing correctly. Amperage was not specifically measured, however, no connected devices have experienced slow charging or low power issues. Screw brackets make for easy installation. Large enough to seat under several existing bolts or can fit most screws. Thin body for easy hiding in existing panel spaces. Connections are tinned copper for effective conductivity. Connection lengths are about 10", allowing for plenty of space for ease of installation. Only drawback is the connections being on same side as charging cable, preventing length of unit from being part of overall length. Charging cable stub is about 12" which allows for decent reach when installing. Utilized with dash cam which makes install as clean as factory. Ultimately great value for the cost.

perfect for wiring to solar panel and charging compatible USB -C devices.
Very impressed. The first time I wired it up to a spare solar panel and charged my Ring Camera, it worked perfectly. Highly recommend. Quality construction and works as described.

Made dashcam install easy
It made hardwiring a camera into my 2025 Toyota Sienna straightforward and clean, with stable power and no weird issues.

Good little voltage converter
Works great. I use it to power a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W off a huge LiFePO4 battery (11.8V-14.6V, thus far) and it has run constantly without any hiccups. Note that the title isn’t great, in the fine print it technically supports a wide input voltage range, as one might expect.

Very reliable converter for dashcam
Came back to buy a few more and figured I’d write a review. I’ve been using the USB-C model for around 2 years. My most recent order was in May 2025. Every single one is still working fine. I have used these to replace other voltage converters they failed or were “failing” like suddenly producing RF interference etc. These have been totally reliable and interference free. I just wish I could buy a bulk supply at a discount as I install a lot of dashcams for friends. Everyone needs a dashcam these days. I prefer these over a hardwire kit from a dashcam OEM because often those have low voltage protection which (especially in Honda’s) triggers too easily, cutting power when starting the car (voltage drop) and it doesn’t recover and power the camera when this happens until you power cycle the car. This is especially a problem in the winter with some vehicles that can drop to <12v. These have never produced that sort of problem, and low battery protection is a huge gimmick. Fist off it would take weeks for a dashcam to drain a typical car battery to prevent starting. But equally relevant is if you hardware the converter to accessory power, it isn’t going to pull power anyway unless the vehicle is on.

works great
This is exactly what needed for installing ambient lights in my vehicle.

Great option for older cars
Good quality item with good pricing, excellent option for older vehicles, not equipped with USB Ports. You will need to know your way around wiring and find an appropriate twelve volt source usually with a multimeter. This is a better safer option than using a cigarette lighter and it is so worth the money. If you're like me within older car with no cigarette lighter and no way to charge your phone,This is what you need!

Wired Mag Charger
I wired this to an empty fuse slot in my vehicle. Then ran a USB from a wireless mag charger to it. It’s small enough to hide in a kick panel so all my wires are hidden. Helps with clean install and having easy to use mag charger

I have a 24V DC power source, this seemed like it would work fine to power my Wyze cams but I found the plastic plug for the micro-USB was too large to fit into the recess of the camera. I had to whittle down the plastic part to fit into the camera only to find this thing doesn't work!
