The shoes fit perfectly, but the shoe laces had to be replaced after wearing them for less than an hour. The laces didn't break; instead, they started to fray. However, I'm still giving five stars because of how great they look and feel.

I am a woman who needed a pair of men's boots for an upcoming event. My husband saw these and immediately said, "Where did you get these? I need a pair!" These are top notch so far: style, stitching, comfort, material, insole padding. I was concerned that they would be too narrow across the toe bed, but they are not. The zipper adds to the ease of the on/off and to the comfort and style. I will, however, be working to soften the tongue and back of the shaft because they rub at my ankles. Really happy about the purchase so far.

Easy to put on a good quality! Looks great and has a really cool zipper on the side. I put inserts inside to make more comfortable for my arches. Great dress boot for the price ! Definitely recommend!

Bruno Marc makes up the most comfortable, stylish, affordable footwear I own. As a musician I have worn dress shoes all my life, but these dress boots are something else. I like how they come up a little higher on my ankles, and they don't dig into your heels like dress shoes sometimes do.In my line of work I don't usually have to walk very far to get wherever I'm going but the boots are consistently comfortable the whole time I'm wearing them. If you're an insoles guy you'll probably add them anyway, but these are very easy on the feet. You'd think the extra material would make you really hot, but as long as I'm not running anywhere I can usually spend the whole day without my feet getting super sweaty or hot in most seasons, although I also never get cold wearing these.And it has to be said: the zippers are a game-changer. I have a pair of chukkas that don't have zippers and I basically never wear them. These are so easy to get in and out of, and most times I don't have to touch the laces at all, which I guess technically helps them to last longer.I prefer these to dress shoes, and every opportunity I have to wear them they are my first choice.

I have purchased these shoes three separate times now, so I do recommend them, however with several caveats. Before I get into it, if you are looking for a dress boot that is both comfortable and durable, then you will need to spend more money than this (think $150+). These boots have several issues: first, the insole is thin and uncomfortable. If you are wearing these boots to work, then you will need to buy an insert to save your feet. However, this leads directly to the second problem: these boots are not roomy in width. I wear size 8.5 shoes, and my first pair was always uncomfortably tight on my feet (which I still preferred to sore feet), so for my 2nd pair I purchased size 9, and they were STILL too tight! I cannot go up further, as there is more than an inch of space in the toe of the shoe, so if I want to use a comfortable sole insert, these shoes will just be tight. Finally, these boots are not very durable. Within 6 months the leather will peel off the top of the shoe in spots, usually in the toe area, and on my second pair the soles separated entirely from the bottom of the shoe within the same time. All that being said, at this price (and they often go on sale for $35) these are the best wingtip boots with a zipper you can find! 😉 Since They usually last about 6 months (maybe a bit more), I only need to buy two pairs a year, and the total cost is much less than the $150+ I would spend on a "nice" pair. 🤷‍♂️
