Doesn’t work. Only has internet on one of the two ports. Tried the other splitter since it’s a 2 pack and it did the same thing. Don’t get your hopes up.

No loss of signal strength

Don't buy this thinking you can plug an ethernet input into the single end and send the output to two separate sources. I should have remembered that ethernet doesn't work this way. My bad. I give it three stars, because I"m sure it will do what it was intended to do, whatever that is.

Signal is less intense.

You have to look at the print showed in details to understand how is works. It allows you to bring your internet signal from 2 different Internet service providers from one room to another room using just one cable and have the 2 signals ready at the other end. Wow, I love that concept.

My system is 1 gig speed, using this junk my speed drop to 30 meg, and yes I connected and disconnected, changed cat 5 cables.
