StrapHabit Quick Release Rubber Watch Strap Band FKM 20mm 22mm 24mm

I am extremely impressed with this watch strap! Upon arrival I was immediately excited, the rubber material is not like anything else I’ve handled on a strap but it did feel familiar. Turns out this material is a generic form of Viton. I’ve used Viton o rings for years and that explains why it felt familiar.Lint and dust does not cling to this material like silicon. The dust in the photos could easily be wiped off. The flexibility is better than most straps especially in this price range.I like how the watch side ends are slightly curved to hug your wrist. No break in required. The adjustment holes are angled, I tried to capture this with one of the photos. This makes buckling very easy and prevents the strap from twisting near the hole that you select. It’s a neat feature.Obviously time will tell if this holds up. Viton orings are known to stay resilient and hold their shape under heat and to be very chemical resistant. Let’s see how this material works for a strap. I also ordered and returned a blue version of this strap. For me it was too purple-y of a blue.

I have 3 of these now in different sizes and two colors. The first one purchased has seen quite a lot of wear. They are well made, and the rubber seems so far to be on par with the quality I have seen on MUCH more expensive bands from OEM watch makers, and some aftermarket bands aimed at customers who would not be caught dead putting a band from Amazon on their expensive watch. They are comfortable and far more sturdy feeling in general than silicone as well as not being lint magnets. My only concerns are the QR pins quality but so far they are holding up well. If that changes I plan to replace with standard pins, but again.. so far so good. My other negative is that it appears they are made in China (SURPRISE!).

These StrapHabit straps are tremendous and for a great price. I’ve literally tried just about every rubber strap I can think of and nothing can compare to FKM. They are by far the MOST comfortable and are very substantial. Most importantly they look so high end and are a great length for most wrists. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my beloved watches and these are just the best out there and will work extremely well with all types of watches in my opinion. I have in multiple colors and like another reviewer said, the red is actually a true red which is hard to find in other rubber straps for some reason. As someone who is extremely selective when it comes to look and comfort and likes to change out straps often, I give these my highest recommendation. I also appreciate that they are sold by a great company in StrapHabit who is known to provide great products and content to the watch loving community.

I was super happy with this band for the first couple of hours I wore it, and was considering ordering a second one. It was comfortable, attractive, and seemed well made. Unfortunately after a couple of hours of wear, I found that one of the spring rods had pulled right through the end of the band, and the watch was on the verge of falling off my wrist (see photo). The band was not even very tight on my wrist so it didn't take much force to rip through the rubber. This might be a rare failure, but I just could not trust one of these bands again after this. I hate to leave a negative review, but this type of failure could result in the loss of an expensive watch.

I was looking for a dark navy strap and this one definitely matched my expectations based on the product pictures. It is also amazingly comfortable. I have been wearing it every day and haven't seen any signs of wear or tearing around the lugs or clasp. Highly recommend.

I loved the orange one, so i bought the black one as well. Very good quality and fits the watch perfectly. Very pleased with purchase.

FKM rubber is far superior to silicone, imho. Feels better, longer lasting, and doesn’t attract fuzz $ lint like silicone. Strap looks good. Time will tell for durability.

Installed on a Rolex GMT. Ended up using the original spring bars from the watch which fit totally fine if a little snug in the band. All good!
