How do I find the right seat pole and clamp

That all depends on your bike. I have a 1996 GT Dyno and all I had to do was switch the seat guts from my original seat to this one and tighten it onto my original seat post.

What kind of seat pole do I need to work with the seat

The original one that came with your bike should fit. This seat doesn’t come with guts so you’ll have to switch those over.
