Good machine

Overall good item with low price. Only down side is i received item with Plastic White Colour Case instead of Black Colour Pouch as shown in picture. It is difficult to open/ close plastic case and difficult to take out meter everytime. so 4 star. Opt for black colour pouch if possible which is more comfortable to use. Meter accuracy is good.

Best in class

I have calibrated it against other instruments and lab values (after adjustment) in hospital. Results are very close (slightly higher all the time) till about 200mg/DL. At higher glucose levels, this device/ strip combo really takes off. For example, hospital device showed 285, this one showed 383. These results are consistent over testing for 4-5 times a day for about 4 days.

Consumes more battery

The instrument is working fine the testing strips are new not even a single strip was erroneous the instrument executed + or - 5 points when compared to Laboratory test, so it serves as best use for diabetic persons. I hope Amazon discovers some sellers who can offer testing strips and discounted price, so it helps mankind in better way.
