Finally a printer that works!!
I FINALLY found a 4x6" label printer that will print eBay labels directly from eBay!! I tried 3 other printer brands before trying this one from Jadens. It still took me a little bit to figure out, but mainly because I needed to change 1 simple setting on the eBay page. I had the same issues with the other printers too, where the label was always printing sideways. I couldn't figure it out! Not until watching the helpful video from Jadens was I able to get it to line up correctly! Man, I was getting frustrated!!!So, the setup for this printer is very easy. I am using a Windows laptop and printing via bluetooth. The instructions provided with the printer and in ENGLISH and easy to understand. Once plugged into my computer all I needed to do was go to the Jadens website and download the proper driver for bluetooth connection. It downloaded and installed quickly. Then I went to my computers settings and added a new device. Bam! It was there. Then, I went to eBay to print an old label. Here is what took forever and I wasted 9 labels trying to get it to work properly.Jadens has a FAQ section on their site. On there they have a video showing you how to change the setting on eBay to make the labels print on a 4x6" label. I have been using 8.5x11" sheets for 20+ years on my inkjet printer so I never needed to change this setting. So, when you are at the print a label screen on eBay where you input all the dimensions and weight of the package, look at the column on the right side of your screen. Next to the section that says "Print format" click "change". In there make sure the box for PDF is clicked and 4x6" is also clicked. Check the preview and print the sample label. It should work flawlessly. Click save and it should remember this setting going forward.Hopefully this helps at least one other person get started with printing on ebay! I tried 3 other printers and had to return them. Hopefully this will help save someone else some time.Overall, so far, this printer is nice. Seems fast, and prints perfectly. Thanks for the super east setup!! Also, no need to use a special label app like other printers out there.

Easy! Fast!!!!!! iPhone requires application for each print
10 out of 15 rating by this you can be stupid and delirious and sick and still open it and print within 10 minutes prior to the delivery truck arriving. Just download the app you have to type in JADENS download the app, and then you have to also put in a piece of paper into it face down. It tells you which side face down.I printed with the app though rather than like using the button that says print on your iPhone, but I’ll figure that out later but wow, cool easy—edit — I said I would figure out how to make it so that you can press the print button like on a regular page on the iPhone without having to use the application but it does not look like airprint is supported. (AirPrint is the Apple wireless print thing that allows you to just like print stuff wirelessly)… I could be wrong and I have not talked to support but that’s what ChatGPT said so take it with a grain of salt. Am sure other reviewers are less lazy than me and have discussed AirPlay.

Affordable, Efficient, and a Total Time-Saver!
I use this wireless label maker daily for all my Etsy and Poshmark sales, and it’s been a fantastic investment. Setup was simple with a quick Bluetooth connection to my laptop...no need for messy cords, just plug it into a wall outlet and go. I love being able to place it anywhere for maximum workspace flexibility. It prints crisp, professional labels fast, and the small starter supply of labels that came with it was a helpful bonus. The price is totally reasonable, and it’s already paid for itself in time saved and frustration avoided. Highly recommend for any home-based seller or side hustle pro!

~1.5 yrs of usage - still love it!!
I bought this in 6/2023 and it's now 2/2025. I have an eBay store and do a lot of Amazon returns. I use the printer probably on average once or twice a week and I just finished my first roll of shipping labels so I decided to come back and share my thoughts:I've never had an easier printer to set up. I work in IT and support Zebra printers and FedEx label printers and dreaded getting a label maker that was going to cause me as much grief as I get at work with the big brands. I have NEVER had an issue with this printer. Setup was an extreme breeze - the app makes it so easy even if you're not a tech person. The quality has always been so clear and it hasn't diminished over the last year and a half. It never jams, it's very quick and since it's Bluetooth, I can put it anywhere there's an outlet - it doesn't need to be near a router or plugged into Ethernet!I was concerned at first because their app seemed a little outdated, but it was updated maybe a month ago which shows me that people are still supporting this and it wasn't some cheapo printer a company tossed out into the ether with an app that was working *just enough*. There were UI improvements, QoL improvements - I'm honestly impressed with the update. My literal only gripe with it is the label roll holder. It's detached so if one part gets bumped, you run the risk of a crooked or crinkled label. That's an easy fix if it bothers you that much, you can just tape them to a stationary piece of cardboard if you want a super quick fix. I haven't even bothered with that so it clearly isn't a deal breaker. Plus I can think of situations where having a roll holder be separated could be a good thingAll in all, as a (very) small "business" owner, I love this. My eBay game looks so much more professional with just this small upgrade. Can't recommend it enough! Now if I could just convince our logistics department to give one of these a shot...

They even have a linux driver!
I have been super happy with this little printer, I use it all the time for my small business.and today I was THRILLED to see/notice they added a driver for Ubuntu Linux! which make it one less barrier to switching over.so far I haven't been able to pair and use with Bluetooth in Linux, just USBWould be great if they would update directions and app to include Linux but over the moon to have the driver.
