No...just the faucet. You'll need to by an external, independent filtration system and connect the fresh water supply line to it.

Can you run Instant hot water through the Small faucet?

The small faucet is connected to the water purifier, The other two inlet pipes are connected to cold water and hot water respectively, Please see the schematic

what's the Green rust in header?

The green rust is for the water filter. You can add an additional filter for the water under the counter and the water will come out from the green rust. Hope that helps.
