Fit seems off, when I looked down at the road my vision was distorted by the visor's edge
I own a Segway T15 Air electric scooter - which goes a maximum of 12 miles per hour. I already wear a standard bicycle helmet with the scooter when I ride. As its been getting colder outside, I realized that my eyes were tearing up due to the cold air and the speed with which I was going, and so searched for a helmet with a plastic shield/visor to block the wind from my eyes and this helmet seemed to fit the bill. The helmet is very stylish and sleek looking, and the light on the back is great for visibility. That said, I will be returning it for 2 reasons.1) I found the fit distribution to hurt my head a little bit. The helmet tightening/adjustment is great, but per the directions you're supposed to wear the helmet, with the front of it fitting pretty low on the forehead (just above your eyes). Since the helmet is heavier than a standard bicycle helmet (due to added MIPS protection as well as light/battery), I felt pressure on my forehead - making the overall experience uncomfortable. There is padding inside the helmet, but it is pretty thin.2) When riding my scooter, I have to both look up at traffic as well as at the road. I ride in New York City, and potholes, dips, cracks etc are prevalent. I specifically bought this helmet for the clear plastic shield/visor, but I found that when wearing it, and looking down at the road, that my eyes would be trained just at the bottom edge of the visor - resulting in distortion when looking at the road (since I would see part of the road through the clear shied and the adjacent part of the road, just "under" the shield (ie: not through it). For this to work, I had to look slightly down with the helmet, but this felt unnatural with this helmet's added weight.

Do not buy this helmet! The strap came out and I couldn’t be fixed.
