The helmet looks and feels of decent quality and build. It's easy to use, instructions are very straightforward. You can easily sit down and work on your PC/watch TV etc. while the treatment is ongoing. There's no discomfort during or afterwards on the area that's being treated. The only problem I had with using the helmet was the tight fit in the front: I was getting a red mark every time on my forehead where the front rubber bumper pad sits. After ruling out skin/rubber allergy I contacted iRESTORE Team (they had already sent me a followup email after registering the product online) and they immediately sent me smaller foam/rubber pads, which definitely helped with the discomfort on my forehead. So the customer support so far has been doing their job above and beyond for which I am grateful.At the end of the day, this is an expensive purchase and the actual rating will depend on whether or not the helmet will help in retarding hair loss. With that in mind I will update my final rating once I've used the product long enough to see whether or not it's helping. Fingers crossed!

I just received my restore yesterday but it was delivered very quickly and appears to be of very good quality. There are foam pads around the head band area that make for a perfect fit. You can feel the warmth of the lights on your scalp, it reassures you they are working.I expect great results!

I just got this product 2 wks ago, so I can not yet remark on whether it does regrow hair, but I can say that I love that it has a 2 year warranty, is extremely easy to set up and use, and seems to have very good customer service. I will either upgrade or downgrade my review based on whether I actually see results in 3 months

Just received my iRestore device and I couldn’t be more excited to try it out! The packaging was sleek and professional, and everything came perfectly intact. I’ve been doing a lot of research on hair regrowth options, and excited to start my journey!A big shoutout to Amazon for the lightning-fast delivery , it arrived even earlier than expected. I’ve already done my first few sessions and the helmet feels very comfortable and easy to use. Looking forward to seeing results over the next few months. Will definitely update my review once I’ve used it for a while. So far, very impressed!

It's a really well designed product. The helmet fits well and has slots for the lights to vent, to minimize heat buildup. Might be nice if they had some holes in the plastic on the inside so the heat could rise from your head, but that's minor, it never gets hot. They give enough cord so I can sit at a desk and have it plugged int he wall nearby with no stretched cables. The control it intuitive and I like that there is a pause button in case you need to get up. I don't see any way to change the time from 25 minutes, but with the pause button that's not really necessary.I cannot speak to the efficacy of the helmet as I only recently received it. Therefore I am not rating if for value. I am also using other treatments at the same time, so would be difficult to know what to attribute any potential hair growth to.1/11/25 - Update. After 9 months the iRestore helmet developed an issue where it would not turn on properly, so I reached out to support. I had registered the product, so had a warranty. I used chat to reset the helmet, but that did not work unfortunately. The following day I sent an email to support, fearing that I would not be able to get it repaired.To my amazement I received a reply back within 10 minutes, from both support and the CEO of the company! Wow!! Now that is customer service! He told me that they would ship a new helmet out within two days and would arrange for shipping of the broken unit. They are even throwing in some hair care products, which I have tried and really liked.I raised my review from 4 to 5 Stars for their incredible support. While I cannot say exactly which of the three things I am doing has contributed to new hair growth iRestore is a company that clearly stands behind their product, which is amazing in today's world of broken service promises and phone trees.
