Easy to Install
I looked at a number of smart switches and selected the Freecube switch because it doesn't have connection wires permanently attached to the switch. Because of this, when you disconnect the wires from the old switch you just stick the ends of the wires into the little wire holes in the Freecube switch and tighten the the retaining screws. If you get a new switch that has the connection wires permanently attached, then you have to use wire nuts to connect the wires on the new switch to the wires that you disconnected from the old switch. This results in a lot of extra wire plus the wire nuts that you have to cram back into the box. Anyway, installation was quick, neat, and easy. After I installed the switch, I got it working with the Smart Live app. Then I enabled the Smart Life skill in Alexa and got the switch working through Alexa. Then I went back to the Smart Life app and... No Devices - the switch had disappeared. Apparently, I can't get it back into the Smart Life app with out "resetting" the switch. In order to "reset" the switch, I have to go out to the circuit breaker panel and turn the circuit on and off a few times to put the switch back into "discovery" mode. This is a pain so I won't bother because the switch is working with Alexa and I don't need to use the Smart Life app. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Anyway, I recommend this switch - it's easy to install, good looking on the wall, and works the way it's supposed to work.

Great idea, could use some improvements
Got the product quickly, install required a little luck.Turns out it matters which black lead you use in each receptacle. Unlike single pole switches where you a simply making an A to B connection, this requires a neutral connection AND that the line and load connections are properly hooked up before it will work. The other issue I had was that the mechanical connectors themselves were designed soley for 12-14 gauge solid wire. Multi-strand twisted wire (like they supply for use as the neutral jumper) isn't always captured by the screw end properly.Their app, once downloaded gives good, basic control. Integration with Alexa requires the normal BS of load the app, learn the skill in Alexa, enable the skill, name the device, futz with/repeat the process two or three times before it starts working.Switch itself evidently uses a relay internally to make or break a connection. While it has a tinny sound when it triggers on or off, the relay gives a clean on off. This is great if you are using the switch to control LED bulbs, since the bulbs are truly off, not glowing dimmly due to leakage current through the switch. All in, for the money, this is a great deal.

Works AWESOME
I put this switch in my home where my household switch was hard to get at. Sync up the remote and now its very easy to turn on the switch. I even sync my cell phone to it so I can turn the switch on or off from my cell phone. I can even put a timer on it if I want.

Works great wiring and setup was a breeze
Remote was easy to set up and works from a good distance. I have a carport attached to a shed and in order to turn the lights on in the carport I had to go into the shed which was hard finding the door lock in the dark. this has alleviated that necessity I now can turn on the lights from inside the house or set up the app and do it from my phone.

Great remote controlled switch
This replaced an old switch with an RF remote control. The switch and remote are of good quality and work fine. I haven't tried the WiFi and am concerned about the longevity of the online server to support the WiFi interface, but I bought it mainly for the RF remote control. It works fine between the house and the garage, where it controls flood lights.

Bad Box, Good product
When I opened the box it looked like it had been used. Original packing was torn and dirty. The switch looked fine so I installed it. It went in very well with no issues. Connected to my network no issues and can be managed with "Go Smart" software that is used by my outlets. I set up my schedule and tested well. I almost set it back for a replacement because of the packaging. The switch is solid. (One note--- I did install it upside down but it doesn't matter. No one can tell.)

Finally an inexpensive Smart Switch that actually work with the electrical circuit in US household!
The media could not be loaded. 1) I can confirm this switch is compatible with Amazon Alexa, but it does not support dimmer functionality.2) it is very reasonably priced compared to other brand named wall switches that cost $100 more.3) it actually worked! the inexpensive ones I got in the past always have wiring that does not work with the circuits in my house, even many verified reviewers claim it does.Installation Tip:1) make sure you check out the installation video on this product page, it is super helpful as it shows how the wiring should be connected.2) since the Load and Live wire are both black, try to reverse these 2 wires if you did not get the switch to work the first time.3) make sure you have access to the white "neutral" wire at the switch box you try to swap out, 99% of smart switch needs to have the "neutral" wire connected including this one.4) this switch only work with 2Ghz WiFi, so make sure your smartphone is running on 2Ghz instead of 5Ghz when trying to connect to Amazon Alexa/Google Assitant/Apple Home KitOverall, a nice addition to my smart home collection at a reasonable price!

SINGLE POLE!
I hate it when Amazon gives you results to searches that don't match the search! I searched for a 3 way switch and this one came up. I didn't realize it was a single pole until I couldn't figure out why the wiring diagram was wrong for a 3-way switch. STUPID AMAZON....and me! Anyway, I installed it in my son's room who is forever leaving his light on. It works with the google home (attached through the smart life app) and I'm happier with IT then I am the 3-way switch I bought to replace it.
