What is the chew texture like? Is it much harder than regular gum?

In the beginning it softens just like real gum once you break through the outer crisp coating. For a few minutes it's soft then morphs into stiff gum losing its taste, like gum when chewed a long time. You can still chew it without a problem.

Expiration date? I see where it says" best before,"but there isnt a date.

I have been chewing this gum for years and never thought to investigate an expiration date. If you know how much you use over a period of time. I would order only enough to cover that period. I assume the shipments via Amazon represent new product.

How mang Grams ae in each piece of gum ? How many can you chew a day ???

One pack (2.9 g) has two pieces.8 calories per serving; 0 fat; 0 sodium; 0 protein; carbs (sugar) 2 g; If you chew 20 packets a day it is only 160 calories and 40 g carbs and keeps you from eating many more calories and carbs! It also tastes great but it is an acquired taste!
