Q: I love this brand! but.....the pump stopped working. i don't see an option to contact seller to see about sending a new pump. how do i contact them?

If nothing else Amazon should be able to contact them or they should be able to send you one They can run a store on there without them or Amazon associates being able to compensate you when there's a problem.

Q: Could you use this alone as your conditioner, without using the one you wash out also?

Hello there BH, Pureology Color Fanatic Leave-in Conditioner does not replace a conditioner. We would still recommend using a conditioner after shampooing. Pureology's Color Fanatic Multi-Tasking Leave-In Spray is a multi-tasking leave-in treatment that primes hair for heat, detangles, protects from damage, and adds shine from root to tip. Q: Is this product protect the hair from flat iron heat?flat

Blow dryers do not get as hot as an iron. I use a separate, dedicated thermal protectant if I’m going to use an iron
