How can I determine if the wireless transmitter and receiver is compatible with my microphone?

These are meant for dynamic/harmonic microphones and cannot provide phantom power. If your condenser mics require power these will not be of use to you. They are extremely convenient for gigs using non powered mics.

Why can't this wireless microphone adapter be charged?

In order to charge the transmitter and receiver properly, please use a 4.5V~5.5V charger. Otherwise, the battery may not be charged or damaged.

How to pair transmitter and receiver?

1. Turn on the units; 2. Connect the receiver to the microphone and the transmitter to the mixer or other devices; 3. Long press the channel switch button to pair up, the signal is to be paired up when the status indicator flickers blue.
