Thrustmaster eSwap X Red Color Pack (Compatible withXBOX Series X/S, PC)

I've had this controller for over 2 years and I bought it knowingly, that the other controllers I've had, when used too much, lag and misfunction due to joystick drift, or what some refer to stick drift. Due to controllers moving more in the same direction, the joysticks, they begin to move faster one way, or by themselves when they should be centered. I've owned over 10 controllers, some default, some high end gaming controllers, and this controller is by far, THE BEST! I was reluctant, when I first got it, to put it back in the box and return it, as the rubber on the caps of the joysticks, was not what I was used to. Although, the oils in your hands, do absorb into the rubber, and it became by far the most comfortable, easily played with, and functional controller. The joystick modules are replaceable, and although at 49.99, it is worth it. I predicted I would have to replace them yearly, and although there was some give to the stability of the joysticks, they always were better then when other sticks start to have stick drift. The firmware and control panel, NEED TO BE USED FOR PC, and ALL UPDATES FOR THE SOFTWARE SHOULD BE USED, UPDATED, and LOADED when using it on XBOX or PC! I Suggest this controller over ALL OTHER CONTROLLERS!

I'd love to be able to tell you how this product works but I cannot. The actual controller handset requires a Windows based PC to update the firmware to use it on an Xbox One/Series X and I run an Apple. So, no dice. I used a friend's Windows PC and had a no go there as well. The Thrustmapper software kept failing on reading the controller's presence. The Thrustmapper software can be loaded onto the Xbox but it cannot be used to update firmware and allow you to work with he controllers abilities. I emailed the company and their responses were ridiculously useless and they had no way to actually assist. Even though they were fully aware of this problem. I suggested that I send the controller and pack into them but they said that I couldn't even send the controller and the upgrade pack in to them for review/repair/setup. So, I am out the cost of the controller and the cost of the pack. It's just NOT worth it. I tossed both controller and this pack into the trash as I can't fix it up and use it and the company stated that nothing can be done about the situation and it's not their problem (Basically). I give up on this company and I won't use them for anything in the future. Unfortunately, they are the only company who makes HOTAS (Hands On Throttle and Stick) for flight sims on the Xbox so... the dream of a cockpit vr system might be lost but... I won't lose cash or increase my stress dealing with this company again. An expensive lesson but now that I know, you know. YMMV and good luck to you.

First and foremost, props to Thrustmaster for making things like this available for their controllers. Considering that your choices these days are either to spend $60 every few months when your Microsoft controller breaks or spend $150-$200+ for something like a SCUF that still breaks after less time than you'd like, being able to easily swap out the thumbsticks, DPAD, triggers, and other cosmetic items on the Thrustmaster ESWAP X is great. I had been using the sticks that came with my controller for a while, but as they started to wear down, I wanted to get them replaced. While Thrustmaster does offer replacement sticks, they don't ever seem to be in stock as just the sticks. I've only ever seen kits like this one in stock, which is a bit annoying to put it lightly. The pricing for the individual sticks is also a bit off in my opinion, at $20 per thumbstick, $40 to replace both. It would seem to drive people towards kits like this instead. While I don't like having to spend extra to purchase items that I didn't strictly need, I can't fault Thrustmaster for the quality of their products nor their ease of installation. Regarding installation, the triggers are replaced with a screw apiece, the DPAD is most easily removed with the tool that comes with their controllers but some stout wire bent the right way would work as well. The thumbstick modules come out with a gentle pull upward and are replaced easily via their magnetic mount. In conclusion, while I'd have preferred having the individual thumbstick modules more easily available and priced lower, the replacement part quality is fantastic from these kits, the installation is easy as can be, and for those who are interested in changing the look of their controller, this provides a great experience on that from too.

I don’t like that the analogs cannot be purchased individually. But whatever I bought the set. They unscrew pretty easy if you push hard on the analog and move it around a lot which happens a lot in cod and rocket league so tighten them down before use. I also got blue because I have the ps4 version. This is regarding the ps4 designed controller: And idk if it’s the connections on my controller or every analog I get that decides it’s gonna have slight offset and not fully make it to the left when pushing the stick to the left it’s so odd. (Like in forza horizon when turning left it’s weaker than turning right like the center is misaligned) Maybe I should have returned the controller after trying it for the first time but now I’m committed. Either way with a good software you can fix those problems mine being xb360ce because thrustmaster software doesn’t even register my controller at all of course what a poop experience for such a good product design.

Fixed up my son's Xbox controller from stick drift and he got some new colors out of it.

It came as seen, works as well as it's supposed to.

It works as intended. it looks very nice but I would be fantastic on a white colour controller In order to take full advantage of glowing you have to equip all 3 modules, upgrade to the last driver version and upgrade the firmware. ( You will need a pc for firmware upgrade that is not available directly on X box)

Muito bonito e simples de trocar. O controle para Xbox da Thurstmaster é muito bom, tem como acessório um mini volante para jogos de corrida (adquirido à parte) que é um show à parte e uma exclusividade desse controle. Pena que exige que seja usado com fio ligado ao console.

No sé arriesguen los joystick son basura se descomponen muy rápido
