Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've been using this product for years, so it's obvious that it's the best I've found. I like the 2 oz bottles because they're portable and I can have them wherever I need them. My problem is with the delivery. The last three times I've ordered (4 bottles for roughly $9), they've only sent one of the four bottles. The first time I let it slide. It didn't seem to be worth the trouble to jump through Amazon's hoops to report it. Then it happened again the other day. The system made me wait two days to even report it. When I finally got to chat with what appeared to be a live agent, she ordered another set of four to be sent free of charge. But what arrived? Again, only one. After jumping through the same hoops again they would only refund my money & didn't give the option to reorder. Very frustrating.
