My order actually included everything in the Resmed AirFit P10 Frame System. It came with 3 different sized Pillows, a Frame, Head Gear, and Short Tube. I ordered from the seller "Life and Play". The set is a very good value as well. The items are authentic Resmed branded pieces, as such the fitment and quality are great.

I've had so much trouble finding the right mask. This fits perfect and 100% just like the one I'm replacing. It came super fast in so happy.

I've been using this mask for four months. It is extremely comfortable and VERY quiet. Aside from comfort, one of the big benefits of using properly sized nasal pillows is minimal to NO leakage, which makes sense. Nasal pillows have contact with only the inside of the nose. The inside outer part of the nose has no bone or cartilage and has a lot of give. Since the pillows are made from very thin (yet durable) silicone, its much easier for pillows to establish a really good seal than a cushion the sits under the nose, and MUCH easier than a full face mask, which requires a seal and pressure all around the face. The only downside to switching to nasal pillows is some slight sore skin inside the nostrils, but after using pillows for several weeks the skin at that location toughens a bit. At first, I felt sore each morning and after about 30 minutes I didn't notice it. Now that the skin has toughened, I am no longer sore at all. Why only 4 stars? The elastic strap that wraps around the head isn't very good. It comes with a cheap clip in the bag that you can attach to tighten it, as-if the need to size it were an after-thought. The elastic strap that comes with the N30 is MUCH better AND, contrary to RESMED's claim that it doesn't fit the P10, it absolutely DOES fit the P10 perfectly. I've now been using the same P10 AND pillows for four months -- neither appears worn in any way and it performs as well as it did when new. The P10 headgear (elastic strap) wore out after about 6 weeks, so I took a chance and bought the more substantial looking headgear for the N30 -- problem solved! If Redmed come to grips with the fact that the P10's headgear is poor and fess-up that the N30 headgear fits and ship THAT with the P10, then this would be a 5 star review.

Out of all the mask types—full face, cushions, and nasal—the nose pillows work best for me. Full face masks irritate my contact dermatitis and need higher pressure, cushion masks tend to leak a lot, and nasal masks also aggravate my skin. Nose pillows, on the other hand, are more comfortable because they need less pressure, touch less of my face (so I don’t break out), and are smaller and less intrusive.

I have been using these for a few years. They take some getting used to. Your nose is likely to be sore for a while. Humidity can clog the vent screen but a quick pass on the outside with a cloth is usually enough to clear it. If you tend to sleep with your mouth open, you may not get much benefit from this style. It tends to leave imprints on my cheeks for a bit after I wake up. Still, it lets me use my CPAP without shaving.
