In terms of glucose tablets on the market for diabetics, I would say that this one rated really well in terms of taste. I will say, however, that in terms of speed, it took a while for it to hit my bloodstream and raise my blood sugar numbers.It does get the job done.The flavors were coconut and like a citrus flavor.
