Buyer beware! This book was counterfeit. It had a code in the book that claimed to be new and when I tried to use it, it’ll it had already been redeemed!

Though nothing was wrong with the book itself, the new access code provided said it had already been used (when I tried to log into the sites online material). Very frustrating as classes have started and online material is assigned for the class. Book is brand new and had to remove (scratch off the rubber)covering to get the access code, yet the site had it listed as already used. The books tech support was no help, you’ll have to contact amazon to take care of problem.

The book was in good condition and was what I needed for my class, however the access code claimed to be a new scratch of, which it was not. It was a sticker that didn't even scratch off and then the access code was already claimed. If you don't need the access code get a used one. No point in spending the money if the code doesn't work.

It did the job. Relevant information for a made up nursing specialty. The class was boring and it was a waste of time. This book covered topics in class alright but beware.... it incorrectly identifies stakeholders and I had points deducted from a paper based on using this textbooks definition.
