amazing and wonderfullI am very happy with this purchase! The water kefir grains arrived fresh, healthy, and active. After the first brew itself, I got a bubbly, slightly tangy, and refreshing drink. Grains are good
Taste is good not sweet not sour. It really ferment and the grains are growing day by day. Good for gut, I review again after some months. No side effects.

Works beautifully, helps gut health
Really good product. Follow the instructions as given EXACTLY. With just the first few ferments that I drank I've noticed a reduction in stomach bloating. Once it's over it's initial growth phase it ferments quickly even at cold temperatures. I'm yet to try to preserve them and check their revival rate. I would just say that stick with 1 tsp jaggery or molasses per 1.5-2 tsp of kefir, cuz when I used a 1:1 ratio the drink was a bit acidic and made my throat itchy. Great way to begin the day. Finish the drink,wash the grains and add more jaggery water for next days drink.

No kafir inside only sugar
Very bad item very disappointed waste of money

Grains died suddenly.
Used the grains on diluted honey. It was working well for 15 days. Then suddenly stopped working.
