ordered 2 jars of it, both came with the lids off and salsa all in the shipping package. was told I could not get a refund, after about 20 min on chat I got my money back.

Box arrived today soaking wet from totally broken glass jar--very disappointing as this is the best hot salsa ever. Packing was almost non existent and so it would have been a miracle if it had arrived intact.
