Fixodent Complete Original Denture Adhesive Cream, 0.75 oz

Best adhesive for my taste. Doesn’t clump up. No aftertaste and very effective at holding partials and dentures in for 6-8 hours of firm hold. Easy to remove after.

This product is of very good quality. It helps keep dentures firm for many hours, which makes it easier to eat better without any discomfort or irritation. I am very happy with it.

I have a temporary crown for two weeks. It fell off the first night, I went back to the dentist to have them re-cement but didn’t want to have to do that every day for two weeks. I’ve used this Fixodent twice to reattach it.Pros- Easy application, cleaned out the temp crown and squeezed a tiny bit of fixodent into it, spread it around with a q tip- It works. It’s not a permanent solution, but it will keep the crown in for at least a day or two (and then it usually pops off because I do something like floss aggressively)- Affordable- much better solution for me than constantly driving back and forth to the dentistCons- It hurts? I am 90% sure this is due to the natural tooth under the crown being shaved down and sensitive. But when I apply the Fixodent to the crown and then hold it to my tooth, for the next 10-20 minutes, my tooth aches. It’s not the worst pain I’ve ever felt, but it’s definitely a bit unpleasant. Just wanted to share this in case someone else experiences it and panics. It may feel a little achy for a few minutes while it sets, but that definitely goes away and then there is no pain. I’m aware that I’m using this with a crown and not as its intended purpose, so this probably isn’t relevant if you’re using this for dentures. :)

Today is the first day I used this and it has held my dentures in place all day. A few days later, still holding all day. I love that it has a smaller applicator so you don't get excess, BUT the cap has a piece to it that inserts into the tube. So when you put the cap on, it pushes the cream in and it gets all over the inside of the cap, and it sticks out farther than the cap, so when you try to put the cap down, it wobbles. This is a small tube which is great for traveling, especially for TSA security.

Never let's me down. The best. Smaller size for pocket or my Teaching Bag.

Works great on my partials but caused my gums to pour blood because it sticks so good
