I received it one block of latex it just melted and stick to each other on the way but I managed to fix it

Been using them since months and they are still the same. Quite "rigid" as the name suggests, are very sturdy and have really good elasticity.

I’ve had these for a while now, and they’ve become a big part of my life. As someone who’s been dealing with injuries all year, these have been crucial to helping me recover my knees and ankles. I’ve been using them for stretching, hip strengthening, and mobility multiple times per week and haven’t seen any signs or snapping or decline in the resistance yet. For the price, quality, and varying levels of resistance, these have to be unbeatable. I’ve even seen them in a couple gyms I’ve been to which makes me think they’re somehow more credible? Overall, I’ve been really satisfied with these and I will continue to use them until they snap and hit me in the face!

Its a great quality rubber, elastic and very comfortable in using. Product is same as mentioned above.

The package came with just a single band, not three as promised. The product was really poor quality, with parts of the band fused together and unusable.
