Electric Smoker Heating Element Replacement Part 9907120027 for Masterbuilt Heating Element 40" Electric Digital Control Smoker, 1200 watt

Kit was easy to install and the smoker is working great.

This kit fit great and had additional silicone seals not on my original smoker, as well as new spade connector pigtails with wire-nuts that could have been needed. As anticipated, this repair fixed my outdoor GFCI outlet tripping when I this aging smoker was running on it. However, this is not a plug-n-play project! You need a DIYer who understands how and why to use an OHM-meter as well as careful wire positioning while/after reassembly..

This element was mounted differently than my original which used two screws, this mounts with two studs and nuts. It worked fine and brought my breaker tripping smoker back to life. Once I changed the element, I tested the unit a couple of times and it works like new.

Good fit and worked like a champ. After my smoker quit many years ago I didn't think much about fixing it till I found this part and BAM...the best pork butt and shoulder imaginable!

No hole to mount the ground but still works fine with tightening up the mounting screw

Ended up not needing the replacement. The smoker actually had a corrosion on the connector to the heating element. Took a new connector from the kit and had it fixed in a few minutes. Will probably use the heating element someday.

My smoker was tripping the breaker, fixed it by replacing the heating element. All parts fit perfectly, installation was quick. 100% recommend.

I had my smoker up and running again in less than 30 minutes. I have used it 4 times since replacement and all is well.
