Great product but the jar started leaking in couple of months.Their customer support team was prompt and shipped the replacement part on time.

I purchased the AGARO Grand Professional Blender (2000 watts, 2 Litres Jar) on 26th Sep, 2024, influenced by the positive ratings on Amazon. However, within just 6 months, the jar started leaking. Upon investigating further, I discovered that many other customers have reported the same issue. When I contacted customer support, they outright refused to provide a replacement or service, despite this being a clear manufacturing defect acknowledged by numerous customers. Instead, they suggested I buy a new jar for 1500 rupees. This is utterly unacceptable. What is the point of your so-called 2-year warranty if you refuse to honor it? The customer support team was extremely rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to address the issue. I strongly advise against purchasing this product based on the misleading positive ratings.Shame on you, AGARO, for scamming consumers.

I had a broken jar problem and hence reached out to the service centre over call. Pritam Adhikari was quick enough to send a replacement jar as an extra paid item. It got delivered on time and I was happy about the smoothness of resolution. Product is superb too. A sure-shot worthy purchase.

Firstly the jar started leaking and making loud noise in the first year of use then the company refused to change it under warranty saying it is a accessory and not covered under the warranty then after few days they said they will change it with a fee of 1500 then after more arguments they accepted the mistake and replaced the jar which is good but 3 stars cause why they firstly said to charge me
