Came in a 90 capsule bottle. Bottle was plastic wrapped around the cap. Bottle came with bar code, stamped with lot ID and expiration date of 1/2025. Labeling provides the product is “produced in a CGMP certified facility, every compound is tested before it is used…and each finished product is again tested.” The label further provides product is non-GMO, gluten and dairy free, and offers users the option to look on their corporate website to check third party testing results. When I went to the site, the test results were a bit tough to find - and after a bit of sleuthing, was able to see general results under the product description. However, to get specific lot ID data, it appears you need to create an account - which I chose not to do. Instructions state to take one capsule up to 3x daily with food. This supplement purports to provide “mineral and herbal support for a properly functioning thyroid - without the use of glandular extracts” as their original formulation. This particular version is for those who seek optimal thyroid output but don’t need as strong of support. Ingredients are primarily vitamins (A,C,D,E and B complex) plus iodine, magnesium, zinc and selenium. Each capsule also provides 200 mg of l-tyrosine, 133 mg of rhodiola root extract, and 45 mg of “mixed tocopherols.” I was not familiar with this term - but a little research seems to point to this being a form of organic compound that have vitamin E activity and is primarily derived from certain play based oils (olive, sunflower, corn, etc). Inspection did not reveal any off odors, smells, or appearance. I did not experience any digestion issues or negative reactions. Capsule is easy to swallow. Will update this review if I encounter any discernible effects whether positive or negative.

This vitamin supplement has several vitamins and minerals that are very helpful for thyroid. Some I knew about like selenium and iodine. Some I didn't know about until I looked them up and the research is definitely there like b2. Some like tyrosine doesn't have a lot of research behind it, but it should logically help and it is an amino acid that you are getting in your food anyway. I like that it also has rhodiola included. The forms of A, selenium, and zinc are good. The forms of the b vitamins are regular, and I wish they were the active b forms instead. I noticed a warning on the bottle that stated problems can occur when you take too much vitamin A, which is odd because this doesn't have very much A. Then I also noticed that the directions say to take 3 capsules a day. That's a lot, but it still wouldn't give you too much A. It would give you significantly more than your rda of b2 and b6, in the 1500% range. Which mostly likely wouldn't be a problem, but something to be aware of. At 3 pills a day you would also be over on selenium and zinc and some others which might be slightly more problematic. The supplement is a little pricey and that is compounded when you take 3 a day making it even more pricey. I personally have been sticking to just 1 a day and I like it that way. The pills are on the large side of things, but I didn't have problems swallowing them. The supplement didn't upset my stomach at all. Oddly, my bottle didn't have an expiration date. It had a date of manufacture, but I would like a expire date too. Good formula overall. I'm not going to take 3, but stick to 1 a day. No expiration date.

This product appealed to me because when I had issues with my thyroid years ago, my doctor specifically suggested selenium and zinc to assist with proper thyroid function. This product contains those minerals in ample amounts along with a plethora of other healthy, supportive nutrients. So many factors (diet, aging, genetics, etc) can slow down thyroid function which causes a myriad of problems, so I’m always looking for healthful, natural solutions and aids. This product is easy to swallow and can be taken in smaller or larger daily doses as desired, with a 90-capsule supply that will last a decent amount of time whether you choose to ingest one capsule per day or three. There’s a slight herbaceous scent but it’s mild and pleasant, and there is no taste whatsoever which was a relief- an unpleasant aftertaste makes some supplements unpalatable. I feel that my energy levels, hormone regulation, and moods have been stable since taking the pills although I take them early in the day since I find them rejuvenating and slightly energizing. The effects are more subtle but I have enjoyed taking them so far and appreciate the high-quality nutrients in each capsule.

I am a huge supplement junkie! I’m always out for trying the newest supplements! This one caught my eye, because of the great value and transparent you see in the company! I first look at the company and all they provide before moving forward with the supplement. I do not have any thyroid issues, but I take this supplement just as a daily vitamin because of the ingredients it consists of. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I have not noticed any negative side effects since taking it. I did notice more energy and more relax feel in my daily life. I do love the fact that you only need one capsule a day for all this added benefits. I’m very pleased with this supplement and will continue to take.

I have thyroid issues and have been taking up to five or more supplements to address the issues I deal with because of it. When I saw this all inclusive supplement where I wouldn't have to take a bunch of vitamins, I was more than happy to give it a try! This supplement was exactly as described, they were in date, and they were not sticking together. There is 90 supplements in one bottle. There is no GMO, no Dairy, and it's gluten free. I highly recommend them.
