So far Kumon books are the best in my experience.

A good book, but poor quality binding
Very good content.. but the pages started coming apart since the first day. Very poor binding

Insanely simple for my 4 year old
He finished the entire book in two sittings. This is definitely not a 5-7 year old book. Maybe the first math book for a 2-3 years old
