not a good product within one year lots of issue got leaked boiler lots of rusting from pipe joint and when we spoke to service people they are giving excuses of water quality even when I am using filtered water Better go from r other brand with lesser price

The product is well made, strudy and looks and feels premium. The installation is easy. It does the job well and easily removes even stubborn wrinkles from the garment. It is working Iike a charm specially on women clothing and my wife is super happy about this. I was little apprehensive about the brand because preference was to Philips but I am happy that I ordered Rossmann. However, a word of advice to people who are planning their first purchase of garment steamer. A garment steamer is not a replacement of steam iron. Both are needed for personal use. Steam iron shall be suitable for shirts and trousers and for all other garments, steamer will be good. Also, steamer is convenient to use to remove few lines which get created even on hanged ironed clothes. All in all, garment steamer is a welcome addition to the household and Rossmann is perfect to buy.

Money making mind set is not the only thing a business should embrace. Rather a comfort of aaplicaction of the product must equally be an area of ethical concern. You are taking good money but not providing any board of ironing. While every one is providing that.. without board yr 2400 watt is a useless commodity.

When one finishes using the steamer, there is a cupful of water accumulated outside / above the water tank, and there is no way to empty it! How can you leave accumulated water as it will attract mosquitoes. When I asked customer service, they were rude. I do not recommend this product. Please understand functionality of how water can be disposed after use before buying any such steamer.
