Cannot exaggerate how helpful this is.
Pico is the best for assistance digesting heavy food. Use it preemptively, so you do not get over stuffed. No chemicals, bad ingredients, or drugs. Bicarbonate and citric acid (vitamin c). I ALWAYS use it for any holiday meal, meat dish, pasta, anything that has trouble going down. Literally a life change for me.
