I love these weights. I bought these for low intensity lifting exercise. I'm in my 60's so I don't too heavy lifting. Just want to build some muscles in my arms and legs. These were perfect because I can wrap them around my wrists and ankles instead of having to lift something in my hands and losing grip or getting a cramp in my hands.

Great for Pilates! Sometimes the Velcro can itch and they are not cute but they get the job done and are way less expensive than bala. My only complete is the material against my leg can feel stuffy because they are so thick

Value is good, easy to get off and on, velcro strength and hold is good. but the Velcro fasteners are very scratchy and uncomfortable. Maybe ok if you wear socks.
