life changing book,great book to reduce stress,anxiety,depression,to reduce the thoughts and and compulsive day dreaming.i am mdd for two years ,besides that i had porn and masturbating addiction for five years.i tried lot of methods to stop compulsive masturbation but always relapse.now i am on week six practising the book with 60 days no masturbation no porn and completely reduction my compulsive day dreaming,negative spiral thoughts.really life changing booksorry for my poor english

A comprehensive guide to mindfulness
Great book. Authors have done an amazing job to combine research and practice of mindfulness in this book. Everything in this book is backed by logic. If you are at the very beginner stage of learning mindfulness and trying to grasp technicalities of it, this is the book to go. I would recommend reading Andy Puddicombe's Headspace book after this one to get better grasp of practicalities in an easy to read manner. Great book.

It's amazing book, to learn mindfulness.
5 stars to this book which teaches us daily mindfulness methods, to live and enjoy life in present, instead of worrying what happened in the past or what will happen in future.

The best meditation book I have read so far
This is a great book and must read for everyone who easily gets distracted by unnecessary thoughts, worries, anxiety etc. The “Turning Towards Difficultly” in chapter 5 is mind blowing. Before reading/practicing this I had a vague idea on mindfulness, but this book cleared it. Thank you so much.
