The only downside is how expensive it is. It is easy to set up and use. I was worried about how noisy it was after looking at other videos, but it isn’t noisy if you sit it correctly on the base. Once charged it doesn’t last that long if you keep it going. I’m not sure if you are supposed to keep water swirling all day or just fill it 10 mins or more before you want a glass. Pour a large glass and take it off the base until ready for more (?). Obviously that makes the charge last longer. It’s no big hassle either way - just plug it in and charge it up. Note it is not a UK plug - but it’s not needed as I use a USB plug. Overall - I’m pleased with it. Looks great and water tastes great.

**Q: Does it have to be plugged in to swirl? Or can the base be charged and moved without being plugged in to work?**
A: The base has a rechargeable battery inside and is designed to last up to 7 hours after being fully charged. We recommend keeping it consistently charged to preserve battery life.
That being said, it’s definitely fun and recommended to use the Swirl as a centerpiece on the dinner table and enjoy all the compliments.

**Q: Where to put the gold decal that comes with this?**
A: The sticker that comes with the Swirl is a gift to use as you wish. We suggest that you place it somewhere that you can see the beauty and it helps remind you to drink more water.

**Q: Is one to leave the vase on the base all the time? Or spin for 5 min & remove to counter?**
A: You can move it off the base when you’re done aerating. Really up yo personal preference

**Q: Manufacturer: What materials besides the glass carafe come into contact with the water? What material is the impeller plate composed of?**
A: Nothing but the pitcher touches the water. I don’t know the materials the impeller plate is made from

Ich bin total überrascht, wie weich und fein mein Wasser jetzt schmeckt. Dadurch trinke ich täglich viel mehr ! Ich habe meine Tochter blind testen lassen, welches Wasser ihr besser schmeckt. Und für sie war das Wasser, das aufgewirbelt wurde geschmacklich viel besser. Optisch ist es ein Hingucker, der Wasserwirbel ist schön anzusehen, man hört das Wasser wirbeln. Das aufladen der Station finde ich total praktisch , dass man sie dann überall hinstellen kann. Danke für die Tolle Erfindung, ich werde es täglich nutzen und wertschätzen!🙏 Nicole
