This undergraduate-level textbook presents fascinating descriptions and colour images of the bodies in the Solar system, the processes that occur upon and within them, and their origins and evolution. The third edition has been thoroughly updated to reflect our current knowledge. Review: Great book supplier - Originally I mistakenly gave a poor mark to this suppluer - it was rubbish and wrong to do so. They turned out to be one of tge best book suppliers I have used. A great personal customer service and I love my book theyโve supplied. EXCELLENT COMPANY - I wouldn't hesitate to give a 5 STAR REVIEW and use again, as well as recommend to others. Review: The Solar System - I loved this book so much, I bought a second one to replace my first copy, as it became somewhat tattered. It's a good guide to the planets and their moons, reasonably rigorous, and meant for an undergraduate planetary science class. It was designed for self-study at the Open University, so it is an excellent choice for anyone wishing to learn more about planetary science without paying to take a class.

Great astronomy textbook
Awesome textbook, much deeper insight into Astronomy than most and has a good amount of questions that are well placed to help with progressing learning. You need quite a bit of prior Science knowledge in order to access the material.
